Delivered in seminar style, attendees practice and evaluate new techniques and tools to improve their confidence and skill levels when speaking. Video review is used to coach performance, and showcase world leaders and other prominent speakers – and what makes them great.

TRAINER
The trainer is Chris Cherrington. Chris is a specialist in developing outstanding leaders and building commercial capability across many FTSE 100 organisations, particularly in the finance and professional services sectors. He typically works with professional advisors helping them improve their communication and influencing skills. He is a highly regarded executive coach with experience of coaching senior leaders both in the UK and Europe.
Before joining Black Isle, Chris spent 17 years gaining invaluable leadership and commercial experience – most recently within Investment Banking with Morgan Stanley and Organisational Change with BSkyB. Prior to that, as an officer in the British Army, Chris experienced front line command on many international operations. This included protecting humanitarian aid convoys during the Bosnian conflict and acting as lead negotiator with the indigenous tribal population of Sierra Leone during the rebel insurgency.
