This event was originally meant to have taken place on 27 of November 2008 but had to be cancelled. BLD and Withers LLP would like to apologise for the cancellation and for any inconvenience it may have caused. The cancellation was due to a power cut at the Withers offices in the City which also affected the power supply of 30 other offices nearby for most of the day rendering their offices completely unusable from 2 until 7pm.
The aim of this free event hosted by Withers, one of the leading Private Client law firm is to provide information about the firm and its training contract and vacation placement process. It is primarily targeted at ethnic minorities interested in becoming solicitors and who want to know more about joining Withers, particularly undergraduates, GDL students and LPC students.
