Trevor James made UK history by becoming the first black managing partner at the London office of Morrison and Foerster, a leading US and International law firm. Trevor has over 19 years experience in providing corporate and international tax advice on a wide range of issues.  He has advised international banks, public and private companies, venture capital houses, hedge funds as well as high net-worth individuals in relation to the acquisition and disposals of companies and business assets. He frequently speaks at public seminars on a wide range of corporate tax subjects. Prior to joining Morrison & Foerster in 2005, Trevor was the joint head of the International Tax Group at Bird & Bird.  Before that he was head of the London Tax Group at international law firm DLA Piper.
