| The Legal Services' Commission's is to press ahead with its preferred supplier's plan and extend this to all firms by 2009 despite very deep concerns expressed by lawyers and bodies such as the Legal Aid Practitioners' Group (LAPG) about the lack of information and the danger of efficiency overriding quality of service. |
